Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she uses positive psychology to guide individuals and organizations from their zone of excellence to their zone of genius™, breaking self-imposed limits and unlocking their highest potential. She has coached 14 TEDx Talks, crafted compelling testimonies for Congress, and helped shape Ivy League commencement speeches. She was the first Black woman to serve as Technical Director for CBS Evening News and Face the Nation, as well as lead major productions for NPR, PBS, and C-SPAN.
