Start the new year off with the GW Center for Integrative Medicine's mindfulness retreat.
Join the GW Center for Integrative Medicine for an online Mindfulness Retreat on Sunday January 21st from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. ET. The retreat provides a valuable opportunity to experience some of the practices that are offered in the world-renowned 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. The guided mindful meditations will be provided by Nina Paul and Cynthia Powell, Qualified MBSR Teachers, and a couple of the practices will include gentle yoga movements. In addition, this event has been designed for all experience levels.
This retreat will be held online via Zoom through GWCIM, and the fee is $30 per person.
