Chronic stress and poor nutrition are major contributors to mood disorders such as depression and anxiety—which are disorders of the microbiome-gut-brain axis. But, you can take control of your microbiome, gut, and brain to support your well-being. In this Mental Health Awareness Month session, Leigh A.
