Mindfulness and Stress Management

 

Mindfulness and relaxation techniques help to balance the autonomic nervous system, bring it to homeostatic “rest and digest” state, which turns energy drains into energy gains. But that's not all, according to The Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. Studies have shown that practicing mindfulness, even for just a few weeks, can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits.
